First rules that cannot be ignored to take best care of skin and therefore lips


Before I share more, let me say this.... You need to do some very basic things, to keep your lips in tip top shape.

Drink more water
Eat healthy foods
Get all your vitamins and minerals that you need, daily
Exercise
Sleep, sleep, sleep (the time that skin heals, and rejuvenates)
Do NOT pick at dry or peeling lips (as a nervous habit)
